Refund Policy

All cancellations requests must be made in writing to sigma@sigma.org

Requests received before October 31, 2020 will receive a full refund.
Requests received before January 6, 2021 will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds will not be issued after January 6, 2021

If hotel rooms have been reserved in the SIGMA block, they must be cancelled prior to receiving any eligible refund.
