Salt Lake City International Airport
Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is the 23rd busiest airport in North America and the 85th busiest in the world. More than 370 flights depart daily to 99 nonstop destinations. Rental car counters are located on the ground floor of the parking garage, directly across from the terminal buildings.

Snowbird is only 29 miles (47km - 45 minute drive) from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Many companies offer airport shuttle transport to Snowbird. If Snowbird is your only destination , then renting a car is not necessary to get there or to get around. If you’re doing a road trip or staying in Salt Lake City then renting a car may be handy, but not essential.
