SIGMA’s answer to this challenge minimizes the learning curve by creating collaborative, confidential environments where managers and supervisors can share best practices with peers--Share Groups. These forums are organized around cutting-edge operational and market intelligence, encouraging conversations on how to use it most effectively.

Through the collective, shared knowledge of many companies, SIGMA members cultivate distinctive solutions to fine-tune their individual business processes.

Practically speaking

The workshop format is typically 30% speaker education and 70% open discussion. Meetings include specific topic areas and often incorporate a tabletop for vendors services. Two unique "Breakout Sessions" encourage discussion on topics that are usually sensitive for competitive reasons.

The purpose of each workshop is multi-faceted and have included topics such as:
