SUNOCO AGREES TO NEIGHBORHOOD
SPONSORSHIP AT SIGMA’S 49TH ANNUAL MEETING

WASHINGTON – August 9, 2007 – The Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America (SIGMA) announces that Sunoco will be a Neighborhood Sponsor during the All Industry Reception for its 2007 Annual Meeting, scheduled for October 12-14 in Boston, Massachusetts.

"Sunoco is pleased to be a part of the 2007 SIGMA Annual Meeting as we continue our relationship with a first class organization," said Jeff Byard of Sunoco. "We have sponsored SIGMA events for the past couple years because we are pleased to be helping an organization that provides so much support to its membership."

Sunoco will sponsor the North End portion of the neighborhood for the attendees. Beacon Hill, Boston Waterfront, and Southie are other neighborhoods that will be represented at the All Industry Reception. As part of the sponsorship, Sunoco will provide attendees with cuisine that is traditional to the North End of Boston.
