Minimize the learning curve and have your managers and supervisors participate in a collaborative, confidential environment to share best practices with their peers. Get the latest intel on market data and talk it through on how to use it effectively.

SIGMA Best Practices Share Groups

A learning environment to continuously fine-tune your company business practices and processes through the collective, shared knowledge of many companies.

The Purpose of Each Workshop is Multi Faceted:

  • A low cost way to clarify “Why To” or Why Not ” allocate people and dollar resources on a project or business area.
  • Peer to Peer discussion on key business areas—success stories and lessons learned
  • Get a broader market view of the product, service and marketing options
  • Assist in the decision to pursue additional “How To” training or outsource
  • Opportunity to develop a “Buddy Support Network” with peers
  • Allowed to participate in “short topic” one hour conference calls throughout the year
  • Where the topic is applicable, a marketer can register dealer participants thru their company
  • Outlet for SIGMA committee sessions that “introduce/touch” on a topic, to request a more in depth 1 1/2 day workshop
  • Time utilization: Fly in evening before day one and leave afternoon of day two.

Workshops time allocation format can include: 70% is open discussion and 30 % speaker education

Additional Program Information:

  • All share group workshops meetings will be a national participation draw to maximize attendance. Groups will divided into 2 breakout sessions on topics that are sensitive for competitive reasons.
  • The meeting will have specific topic areas and allocated time to invite speakers and/or also incorporate a tabletop for vendors that provide services and products in the topic areas.
  • Meetings must have 6 registered companies 45 days in advance or it will be canceled and fees refunded.
