BY AIRPLANE: There are two nearby airports: the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) which is approximately 45 minutes away or the Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) which is just 10 minutes from the resort. Taxi service is available from either airport to the Westin. Contact Advantage Transportation (843-683-7348) to make a reservation for your arrival at the airport. The approximate charge from Savannah International is $80.00 and the approximate charge from Hilton Head Airport is $15.00. You may want to rent a car and if that is the case you’ll find that both airports offer service by all the major car rental companies. The Westin offers both valet parking and free outdoor parking for its guests.
ATTIRE INFORMATION
“Resort Casual” is the dress code for SIGMA’s Spring Convention. During the day time just about anything goes from golf attire to Bermuda shorts. The All Industry Reception is the "dressiest" event of the convention, when cocktail attire is most appropriate. Temperatures during May on Hilton Head Island range from an average low of 62 to an average high of 83 degrees Fahrenheit. You’ll want to bring rain gear just to be prepared!
