Turtles Beach Bar & Grill will be the “official” gathering spot for our members.  Drinks will be on your own, but it will be a great place to relax, network and enjoy one of Hilton Head Island’s best ocean views!

Welcome Reception

Welcome to Hilton Head Island!  The first major event of the convention is the Welcome Reception, hosted by SIGMA’s fuel supplier associate members.  The food and beverages are always terrific and it’s one of the premier networking opportunities of the convention! 

Buffet Breakfasts and Prayer Breakfast
Monday, May 19, 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday, May  20 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Monday morning we’ll take full advantage of your time by scheduling a number of committee meetings and effectively turn the breakfast hour into a working breakfast.  You won’t want to miss these sessions!  Tuesday morning will be more relaxed so that you can enjoy the Prayer Breakfast put on by the members or just enjoy a leisurely buffet breakfast and take the opportunity to network prior to the General Session & Business Meeting.

Spouse Luncheon with the Scoop on Hilton Head Island
Monday, May 19, 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
This is one more way to get in touch with other spouses at the meeting!  Lunch will be served in a casual setting so that you can get to know the other spouses, and you’ll have an introduction to Hilton Head Island by a local expert.

Spouse Buffet Breakfast featuring Hilton Head Crafters & Their Wares
Tuesday, May 20, 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

You may choose to go to the Prayer Breakfast on Tuesday or sleep in and come down for a terrific buffet breakfast just for spouses.  We’ll have breakfast in the Ocean Front Pavilion and after you’re done you can browse the wares of local artisans that will be on hand to display – and sell! – their wares.  Don’t worry, if you want to go to the Prayer Breakfast and then join the fun of shopping for crafts you can do that too!

All Industry Reception
Tuesday, May 20, 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The social highlight of SIGMA’s convention is always the All Industry Reception.  It is the “dressiest” event of the meeting (that is, coat and tie for the men and cocktail dresses for women), and will also feature the finest in food and beverage.

Other Social Opportunities
SIGMA is known for its great social events, but we’re smart enough to know that many suppliers want the opportunity to be with their customers, so we’ve left plenty of time in the schedule where you can plan to meet with your suppliers (or customers as the case may be).
