Color
- CMYK. Please note that files using RGB or Pantone colors (PMS) must be converted to CMYK before we receive files
- Color separations must be provided, right reading, emulsion down Chromalin proofs, including a full set of color density bars, also must be provided
Resolution
- 300 DPI and 133 line screens are recommended
- Consult publisher on other screens
- Publisher will not assume responsibility for any changes in typesetting and/or art
Electronic File Requirements
- Media: 100 MB Zip Disk, CD-ROM. We also accept files via e-mail and FTP.
- Software: QuarkXpress 4.0 Adobe Illustrator 8.0 (saved as EPS), Adobe Photoshop 5.5 (saved as EPS or TIFF). Please convert higher versions down. If you can only supply an IBM format, the file must be in viewable EPS or TIFF format with fonts embedded as that format.

- Stuffit, PKZip, DiskDoubler (self-extracting archives preferred)
