Tia Sutton and Jeff Herzog of EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality will provide an overview of the ULSD program and how it applies to diesel retailers. SIGMA Counsel Greg Scott will explore "between the lines" of the ULSD program, including issues not covered by the EPA regulations themselves. Finally, three diesel fuel retailers from companies of various sizes—from large to small—and a representative from the nation's largest transporters of motor fuels will run through a diesel marketer ULSD compliance "checklist" covering the ULSD issues, problems and challenges they have already addressed in their companies.
