Alternative Fuels
This track will feature futuristic education which will help members succeed and adapt to changing standards to benefit the environment. Topics will cover Cellulosic biofuels, the biodiesel certification process, incorporating E85 and E10 into retail/distribution business and federal renewable standards. This information is critical to your continued success in a changing market!
Retail
This track will feature a research study with beneficial information on consumer purchasing habits, details on the new PCI standards that members need to be aware of, ways to truly save money using a relatively new payment card system, as well as key information on obtaining and objecting to permits and alternative real estate uses.
Fuel Management
This track will include education that will benefit both wholesalers and retailers by addressing temperature compensation with an expert from the MA Division of Standards and SIGMA Marketer Member, Dave Collins of Wilson Fuel Company, Ltd. based out of Canada where temperature correction is currently in place. This track will also address crisis response, emergency preparedness, and the critical need to be prepared for terrorist attacks. The crisis response panel features SIGMA Marketer Member Ed Burke of Dennis K. Burke, Inc. and safety expert Matthew Manoli of Dennis K. Burke, Inc.
