Our Federal Political Action Committee, known as SIGMAPAC, concentrates almost exclusively on candidate positions relative to issues that affect motor fuel marketing. As environmental, labor and tax legislation create an unprecedented impact on the industry, the SIGMAPAC Committee seeks innovative ways to raise funds for SIGMAPAC and the SIGMA Education Fund, and informs members about the importance of supporting these efforts financially.
Working with SIGMA's staff and counsel, the Committee distributes SIGMAPAC funds to deserving national political candidates, enabling marketers to focus their support on legislators in a position to serve the industry in the public interest.
