A forward-thinking, visionary approach is necessary to flourish in today’s rapidly changing business landscape. Members of the Long Range Planning Committee apply that dynamic to the review of SIGMA’s organizational structure, goals and development plan to ensure the association’s ability to meet the needs of the membership going into the future. The Committee is responsible for recommending any policy and/or program changes which it perceives in the long-term best interest of SIGMA.
The Long Range Planning Committee is a Board subcommittee that meets on the second day of each three-day Board meeting. The Committee is expected to make recommendations to the full Board, and to reconvene as necessary to complete its work. Additional meetings are scheduled as needed.
